SITE China held the second live broadcast of the Dialogue Program on Anti-epidemic "The night on the Cloud" on February 18, which was designed by SITE China Young Leader Committee )

The program was very successful, attracting more than 2,000 people to participate in the live broadcast. All five young guests were quick-thinking, clear-cut, novel, sincere, and dare to share. The five guests were all girls and they introduced the difficulties they faced and how to face them  from different perspectives.

Violet Wang, China Manager of Pacific World China, introduced how a multinational company deal with the company's management and customer relations, adhere to the green conference activities organized by the group company. 

Deng Qing MICE director, Wuhan China International Travel Agency Co., Ltd  described her mind change from when she can only think about how to live in the face of the epidemic, which brings the continued panic, to the attitude of how to unite the her MICE industry colleagues to provide logistical operation and management for the epidemic. 

Catherine Kong, project manager of the Malaysian Anderes Fourdy Events company, described how the epidemic in China has affected the Malaysian incoming events market. Various rumors have appeared in various media, circle of friends, and WeChat groups, true or false, confused her. What she has done how to achieve the epidemic, not as a rumor spreader, cherish friends, cherish Friendship. 

Ms Han Jianjun,31 conference company project manager, only two years into the industry, immediately engaged in network live broadcast operation and management after the start of the anti-epidemic situation and held multiple live broadcast programs every day. She went all out to improve the management of webcast technology for customer requirements and  has learned more webcast practical experience in two weeks than what she has learned in 2 years.

Ms Liu Chuming, a senior student in the Department of Exhibition Economics and Management of Hunan Normal University, could only stop her internship in Shanghai after the epidemic broke out. In the face of many corporate layoffs and salary cuts, her Employment opportunities have become a problem. She loves the MICE industry, but the situation is that she has to consider changing careers or continuing her studies, since she worried that she cannot immediately find a job in the MICE industry.

Facing all the difficulties, they are optimistic and positive, actively looking for a development path, and contributing to the youth's attitude to society. They have set an example for our industry.
